At Pharmi we often get the question:

what kind of questions do users actually ask in your platform?

The picture below shows a percentage distribution of types of questions from Pharmi's “development months”.

In-app questions are a great opportunity for pharmaceutical care providers to help the patient digitally and thus provide blended care.

Asked at the time that it fits the patient.

Answered when the pharmacist fits.

But of course as quickly and clearly as possible.

That is the WISE: digital where possible. Human where necessary.
